Got the wrong food, had to switch order because they said they had been out of the world famous chicken and then when asked when they would have it again he said it takes 15 minutes to cook? So you do have it… just lazy.. Called the number and it rings for 2 minutes or sk then disconnects with nobody answering …

Ordered through their website, was told it would be delivered by 9:03, went to check if it arrived at 9:18 to find nothing there. Tried calling the store multiple times and got no answer. Went to go to the store to inquire at 9:45 and found my order left in the lobby, never buzzed or contacted me to let me know, the order tracker stated it still wasn't out for delivery. brought my order up and it was also the plain chicken and not the spicy chicken that i had ordered and is being advertised on their website and in their store window.

Went through their drive through tonight for my pregnant wife had a craving for kfc. Ordered a Big Crunch box with a side of mayo and gravy. The mayo unfortunately had a lid from some unknown thing in it. Attempted to call the shop but they were closed for the day. Picture for reference. Needles to say check your food before you eat it.

I believe that you have been false advertising you 2.99 special. Way to get people to come in and tell them 1 special per person. I was asked to get some chicken from my coworkers at the hospital. 5 plus myself. I get in here and I am told yah no your not allowed to do that. Only 1 special per person. So instead of a affordable treat it ended up costing me 40.00 instead of 20.00. As a Google guide for many years this is the first time I have left an establishment really angry and feeling cheated. Shame on you KFC.

KFC is KFC. Except, in North America, it seems to be far better than in Asia. While it was extremely popular (one of the most popular) in my time in China, the quality was extremely substandard. Here, I would actually go back. I prefer non fast food options, but I will consider this again if I need a quick bite. The staff were nice, my meal was great for fast food, and I'll ultimately go back at some point. I got the 2 can dine meal which was enough for myself for lunch and then dinner as well.

I ordered a 10-piece original recipe bucket, large gravy and fries.One look at the chicken and I can tell it was double-fried because the skin was very dark and looks almost burnt. I took one bite and the meat was very tough and dry, which confirmed my suspicion.The gravy had the consistency of paste and had a bitter after taste. It doesn't even pass for gravy at all because you should be able to pour gravy.This is just not fair. I paid $40 and expected to get my money's worth. Then they just cheat me with old chicken which was supposed to have been thrown out, yet they still serve it to customers? Are the staff just lazy to cook a fresh batch because it was already 8PM? Or is this practice already normal for them? I've had the same experienced before in Ontario. I thought it would be different here. You'll see from the reviews that others have experienced this too.

We purchased a 4 piece meal, and both meals were so crunchy the chicken was very dry also there wasn't any flavor whatsoever. It's not the way Mr. C. Sanders made his chicken. I won't be eating there again. I spent 20-plus dollars for one that we couldn't eat! The parking lot is always empty when I drive by. I think their grease is way too hot. It's not for us.

you pay for chicken but all you get is skin, fat, grease and bones there's like no meat???? they don't even look like real pieces of chicken I thought ok $3 for 2 pc ok deal but there's no meat?? its so greasy

bought 10 pc hot wings this afternoon for carrying out, and this is what the wings look like, dry and hard! My only experience is when the leftover cooked meat and had them re-heated.

Extremely poor service constantly out of white meat and constantly refuses to cook more chicken so they will have white meat for example today May 25, 2023. I showed up asking for a four piece box meal and they refused to cook any more chicken because their trays are full of dark meat. I explain to them that they’re open until 1 AM. It is currently 830 and they still refused very very poor service.
