I visited this location to add an additional line to my plan. “Sepi” was super helpful and knowledgeable. I told him my issue and what I needed and he advised on the best plan that would meet my requirements. He was courteous, and attentive to my questions and very patient. With Sepi’s help I got the plan I wanted and left the store happy. Just a note that I went to another location few days earlier for the same inquiry with no positive outcome, so I was a bit skeptic going in. Thank you Virgin Plus for having such great representative and thank you Sepi for all your great work.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Virgin and their deceptive practices. My experience with their customer support was absolutely appalling, to say the least. The representatives displayed a shockingly rude and disrespectful attitude, which is completely unacceptable.Furthermore, I must warn others not to choose Virgin as their service provider if they value reliable internet connectivity. It is truly astonishing that even in areas without Wi-Fi coverage, there is no signal available. This lack of service is highly inconvenient and frustrating.Additionally, the billing practices of Virgin are highly questionable. Upon exceeding a certain amount of data usage, I noticed an exponential increase in my monthly bill. What's worse is that when I reached out to customer service regarding this issue, they had the audacity to shift the blame onto me, claiming it was my problem.It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to mistreat its customers in such a manner. I strongly advise against using Virgin as your service provider due to their abysmal customer service, lack of coverage in Wi-Fi dead zones, and their exploitative billing practices.
