Not a good customer service and food is not even average compared to the other Mucho Burrito I had. Sauces are too watery, and they say Cilantro and Jalepeno on them, but the staff counted them as 4 Toppings allowed for Burrito bowl so they wanted to charge me extra for more Toppings I wanted.This is the worst location I've ever been to. I would highly recommend to go to other location.

This location is extremely stingy with their portion sizes compared to others. I ordered a regular sized burrito and there was hardly anything on it. If I’m paying 16 bucks for a regular sized burrito I shouldn’t still be hungry after - and I’m very aware of what the portion sizes should be as I used to work for a Mucho Burrito.

The staff is really what has me coming back❤️ this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard. The location is always very busy and the employees are just so darn nice and great.

You are not only serving rice. Ask before you quickly fill up half of the bowl with rice. She is too fast and don’t even give a second to think about. I am a regular customer to Mucho Burrito and definitely say that this is the worst location i have ever been to. Avoid this place if you can.

Worse Customer service , I just walked in for some nachos and usually get a decent amount I walked in and she put like 4 chips in the plate and I told her if she could add more as it’s not my first time ordering nachos I know what the portions are , and she said no because they have to pay $8 a bag I said I’d pay extra though thats not the portion , and she told the other employee to make me another plate and I didn’t want another plate and was being very disrespectful and rude I had asked her for her name and she didn’t want to provide me with her name . Won’t be coming back!

I have never received such bad customer service. The staff at this location is SO rude.Their pickled onions are literally raw onions. The cabbage and guacamole was literally brown!I highly recommend going somewhere else. Worst mucho burrito location in Ottawa!

Today is the first day that a worker was stingy and not giving full portions, it’s as if they discussed this prior and during dinner time to be ration things out a little less. They are literally sprinkling on small amounts of everything for something that’s supposed to be MUCHO.First time experiencing this coming to this location - slightly disappointed with todays service

Should've read the reviews before ordering... I ordered curbside from this location and didn't get my food at all, I tried calling the store from the my car parked outside because I can't walk atm so I couldn't go in the store myself. When I called they told me that my food had already been delivered, and then they hung up abruptly. Complete waste of money, and I feel unbelievable disrespected after this experience.
