Connoisseur Condominium

Very nice condo

Someone on here stated none of the units have balconies......not true. There are 2 units on the 5th floor and 2 units on the 9th floor that have huge balconies. Also the 1st floor units have walk out patios.It is a nice, well kept building, with security and underground parking, as well as a car wash on Parking Level 2.There are great amenities in the area and everything is handy to all of us. Best of all, no snow shoveling or grass cutting to do anymore!!!

The Connoisseur is a popular high-rise condo located in North Whitby. The building amenities include an indoor pool, meeting/party room, billiards room, gym, underground parking, visitor parking and more. The condo units are spacious with ensuite laundry, some with great views but none of the units have balconies. These condos are a great place to live.

Clean, quiet and nice lobby.

I live here and everyone in our building is so friendly. I had always lived in a house and selling that home was a very difficult decision, but moving into the Connoisseur was the best decision I made.

Grandparents have lived here a while great place

Very clean residence, with great people that reside there!BOTH elevators actually work, every day, unless they're on service. (not like some other buildings I attend, to work at)

I lived in this condo for over 8 years. I can personally attest to the extremely poor property management company controlling this condominium. The owners technically own" their units but that is as much freedom as they are allowed. They are held captive by a PM company that clearly caters to the President of the Board of Directors and nobody else. There is absolutely no help in the event of a mechanical or medical emergency anymore and you are on your own unless you are lucky enough to have a relative close by who can come running to your assistance. If you want to become part of a condominium community where you have a say at board meetings and where you are treated as an owner in that community
