Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Witnessed the attendant tonight angrily screaming at a gentleman who did not speak English very well and was therefore having a difficult time understanding her and answering her questions/following her directions. She was not just a little frustrated; her tone was degrading and belittling and she was yelling at this customer. Very disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Also, not 5 minutes later there was a woman (whose first language was English) who was having trouble understanding something regarding the car wash and this attendant was able to maintain a calm and professional demeanour with her throughout the entire conversation. Leads me to believe some prejudice may have been at play in the first interaction.

POS at Petro-Canada, 490 White St, Cobourg, ON K9A 5N4 not working right instead of taking 13LT off from my 10 cent fuel saving card it took much more over and over again ... Have to call HQ of Petro-Canada to get resolution... lost at least an hour of my time... not happy with Petro-Canada, 490 White St, Cobourg, ON K9A 5N4

If they responded to the help button I could've told them pump 6 is not working. Or maybe they know and haven't bothered to put out a sign. Either way annoying....especially when you have your baby in the car.

2 stars because the staff seem to be nice, but for months the blower of their carwash has been busted and will not swing to the right consequently leaving your car wet on one side and once that dries up you got the water marks on your car.I have told them this weeks ago in person and over the phone.

EV Chargers have been down for a month!Numerous service tickets created and calls to Petro Canada and machines are still broken!Obviously Petro Canada doesn't take EV's seriously.

Cashier insisted she needs to physically grab and touch my id, or she won’t serve me cigarettes.. when I asked her to show me proof that this “is the law” as she said, she was unable to, on top of that she said “ i don’t want to sell you cigarettes anymore because you were acting sketchy and you didn’t want to show me your id” now, to clarify I presented both driver’s licence and a Permanent Rezident card, both government issued IDs through the plexiglass and she utterly ignored me, saying she doesn’t need to serve me. When I went back to grab the customer service number the first thing she yelled (as a customer representative ) was “GET OUT “, and “you need to leave “ .Her name was Sierra.

Outstanding customer service from the gentleman working the early evening shift on April 8th. Give everyone working during this shut down praise and a raise.

Was in very late with a friend. To my surprise we were greated frankly with the best customer service ever. All I know is the young lady's name was Tracy. Will absolutely go out of our way to make this our regular fill up shop. Thank you again for making our night!!

The staff here are amazing been coming here for years.
