“In fall of 2022 my wife and I had been looking for a new hot tub to replace our existing 25 year old tub.We spent a significant amount of time conducting reviews and visiting stores to find the right tub and the best organization for post installation support.We narrowed our selection to two different manufacturers, and ended up choosing a Hydropool Signature hot tub from Buds Spas & Pools in Hamilton.The quality of the tubs on our short list being the prime factor, the final decision came down to the quality of the sales person and the support of the dealership.Our sales rep was Lindsay Newton and she sealed the deal for us. Her professionalism and easy manner made the purchase easy. Everything was clearly explained. Our experience with Lindsay did not end with the signing of the contract. She placed our order quickly and kept us informed throughout the manufacturing progress. She new we were having family visit us over the Christmas Holiday and was able to expedite our tub delivery in time for Christmas even though planned delivery was the second week of January 2023.Lindsay also arranged to have our old tub removed with her installation crew, who were also fantastic. She connected us with Groves electric and managed the installation schedule to ensure our electrical work was coordinated with the installation. Groves Electric were very professional and easy to deal with.Post installation Lindsay arranged an on-site instructional session with her team and any time I am in the dealership to get our water tested or purchase chemicals, Lindsay always makes sure to say hello and ask how our hot tub experience is going.All in all our experience with Buds Spas &Pools has been excellent and this is primarily due to Lindsay Newton. I purchased an outdoor artificial tropical plant from Lindsay and I have to say, my mother absolutely loves it! Not only does it look incredibly realistic, but it adds a pop of colour throughout the winter months outside.Plus, it's a great conversation starter when people come over to her patio. They always do a double take when they see it and she gets to say oh yeah

NO RETURN on ChemicalsAs a favour to my daughter, I took in sample of her pool water for testing to Dundas location. This is her first year in the house. After young clerk explained results of test I indicated I would purchase chemicals for her, as she wouldn't understand what she needed. Clerk advised which were required and I purchased chemicals at his recommendation. As he tallied up, I focused on cost of each item at register and with tax it came to about $200.When I took the chemicals to my daughters house, I checked pool shed and found a number of duplicates that I had purchased, in total about$136 (with tax).On returning to store same day, asking for a return/refund I was told by young clerk that chemicals cannot be returned even though they were unopened. I asked why he didn't verbally indicate, or more easily, point" no return/refund when I purchased

Worked with Buds to purchase and install our first swim spa and was very pleased with the experience overall. Lindsay was great from the first interaction, answering and getting back to all of my messages and questions. Very supportive throughout the process and in helping to coordinate the crane lift, which ended up being a challenging and unique scenario for us (nothing to do with Buds). After the install, the two gentlemen who came for the orientation session were very informative and comprehensive, walking through everything I needed to know about the swim spa and making sure I had all of my questions answered. Overall very pleased with the experience

Had the very old liner changed recently and decided to do this late in the season. My water was awful and harder to balance in part because the old liner. Buds had the style we wanted, were competitively priced and they had it installed with in 4 weeks of initial order. The other pool companies were not able to begin work until spring. Buds saved the day! Lindsay and team were fantastic and the pool looks like the day it was installed. Thanks Buds!
