I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Xia for 14 years. Due to congenital deficiencies and poor digestion and absorption, my overall physical condition was weak, leading to frequent colds, lower back pain, and poor mental well-being. Both work and studies were challenging for me. However, through Dr. Xia's herbal medicine and acupuncture treatments, my body achieved a relative balance.Since then, whenever I feel physically and mentally inadequate, I always come to Dr. Xia for treatment. Dr Xia is a very experienced and skilled Chinese doctor. Even after I move to North York, I still drive back to see him. His acupuncture might be a bit painful but it’s very effective. Highly recommend. If you are looking for a good Chinese doctor, give Dr Xia a try :)

Dr. Xia’s accupuncture and Chinese medicine saved me from having to do any surgery like the western doctor has recommended!!! So thankful for him.Highly recommend for people with lingering illness or people who feel weak and lost when western medicines isn’t helping to go to him.

Dr. Xia has been taking care of me and my family for over 10 years. As an acupuncturist, he is very knowledgeable and skilled. His herbal teas can always solve my health problems. His very well trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and his diagnoses are excellent. I am grateful that he practices in my town. We are so lucky to have him in the GTA.

Dr. Xia is very professional, especially at acupuncture. His herbal medicine is very effective, shorten my podagra (foot gout) recovery period into two weeks.

I have metrorrhagia out of the blue with heavy bleeding for six days nonstop and big clots. Did acupuncture every other day and took Chinese herbs. 3rd day after therapy, it is well controlled with normal bleeding and 5th day onward it start to reduce a lot and tend to fade. Now it has completely stopped and still taking herbs for supplementary to gain full energy back. It works and the efficacy is so obvious!

You have pay $50 for first time visit. I don’t what is that for. Everything is pricey over there. They don’t tell you details after they charge you. Be careful

About 6 years ago, I was introduced to Dr. Xia to try out traditional Chinese medicine for my lifelong asthma which became so severe over the time that I had to rely on several kinds of medications to control it and to relief the symptoms. I was very impressed by Dr. Xia’s diagnoses at the very first appointment when he pointed out precisely what’s the issue, how I was feeling, and laid out the treatment plan accordingly. After 3-4 months of treatment with herbs and acupuncture, my overall health and quality of life improved greatly and I stopped asthma medications ever since. Until this day, I still visit Dr. Xia every now and then to stay healthy, but asthma is no longer an issue for me. So based on this amazing experience, I would highly recommend Dr. Xia to anyone who also suffers from chronic respiratory diseases.

Do not recommend to go.First; I did not get noticed for the first time I have to pay for the consultation. It would be better let patient know before the consultation.Second; I had a friend went there before, she just provide this location for me to try, but not recommend. We have totally different sickness, but the diagnosis were so similar. The doctor had said the same thing “你湿气重，脾不好“Third; My friend and I had same treatment!!!(we had totally different sickness and not even close) We all had acupuncture at same place. On the head, foot and hands.Last not least;The doctor did not use hand-manipulating of needle or depth of needle insertion. This skill were commonly used by other doctors.He pricked you and wait for 30 mins you pay 60 dollars or wait for 45 mins you pay more. Not sure the price changed or not.Strongly doubting about the high reviews from google.
