Kim and Venkata were great! Kim explained everything and answered any questions. The prices for this location are excellent and it's the reason we are changing. We are getting a unit twice the size for the same price and it's heated and well lit! Thank you!

Just the presentation of the building alone gave me a sense of trust in the company and services. The customer service was absolutely excellent all thanks to Extz (the employee working at the desk at the Overland Drive location). All out a great experience for someone aquire their first storage unit. I will definitely be using access storage for any of my storage needs in the future no doubt about it!

Very nice, large space with an amazing loading dock area that makes moving in and out easy for anyone.Super clean and efficiently run! All the ladies here are very helpful.Very conveniently located.Lots of parking and room to navigate any size vehicle with ease.Would definitely recommend.

I went into the store looking for storage and the staff were very accommodating. I dealt with Kim who went through everything I needed and took me on a tour of the facility showing entrance exits loading and unloading areas, as well as my unit. Overall a very pleasant experience

Pretty good the garage door has been broken for some time and it’s a bit frustrating. Overall it’s a pretty good place. The hours can be frustrating at times but I understand it can’t be open 24/7. Their elevator license was expired for awhile but they fixed that! The unit doors get stuck all the time and the dust is intense cover and seal everything very well !!!! Wish they offered digital locks as an option. Lighting in the large units is a problem bring a flashlight to see well
