The Reza team completed our basement and from start to finish, they made the process painless, stress-free, and actually pleasant! Last fall, I had my mudroom drywalled and painted, and am very happy with the results!From the get-go, communicating with the owners Harlem and Dany was quick, friendly, and kicked off a great experience.Dany took the time to visit my home to provide a quote and visited again to introduce Diego, who would be doing the work. Despite having a full end-of-year schedule, he fit me in a week or so later, which was much appreciated.Diego was awesome! Super friendly and polite and worked meticulously to ensure the walls were blemish-free, and went the extra mile to make the room look stunning. His attention to detail made all the difference!A couple of months later, we had an emergency roof leak that damaged some of their work. Since having such a great experience with the REZA team, I reached out to Harlem right away to see if they could help and the team was in the next day, made an action plan and got to work. It put us at ease after a stressful incident and the repairs were, once again, incredible.I am so happy with the results, and I will absolutely work with this local business again. Thank you!
