Just had our new furnace installed by Air In Motion. The guys did a great job on the installation and they did a thorough cleanup before they left. Steve was very responsive and helpful starting with our initial emergency call. I highly recommend them as an HVAC contractor.

Air in Motion installed a central humidifier just over 2 years ago. This winter is was not working. I called, texted and emailed Steve MANY times and his responses are VERY SLOW, few and far between. Its usually him saying he will get back to me, and then i'm waiting weeks for a simple reply! His voicemail says will return your call in 2 hours which is a complete joke. I had in writing that it was a 5 year parts warranty and 1 year labor, but when I finally spoke to Steve it changed to only SOME parts are covered by the warranty". Then also Steves fee just to come and diagnose the problem is $185 - which is VERY expensive compared to other companies! Would not recommend this company!"

Steve and his team were knowledgeable, competitive and did exactly what they said they would. The unexpected cost of a new air conditioner is never welcome. Must say however, the house is noticeably cooler and working with this company was a top notch experience.

Steve and Gavin helped fix issue with the HRV unit. It was blowing the fuse for HVAC. Other HVAC repair companies didn’t know how to fix hrv issues. However, Gavin was very knowledgeable and helped fix it. Thank you!
