Pandora's Gallery Custom Framing and Art

We had purchased Canvas prints from an online store and needed to frame them. After looking around for so long for a really good reasonably priced place, we found Pandora’s Gallery. Angela (owner) was truly amazing. She was very helpful from beginning to end. She had the PERFECT frames for our prints. Walked us through everything we needed to know. Price was amazing for these 3 floating frames. We are so happy with the outcome and results when we picked them up. Exactly as we imagined them to be. Without Angelas help and dedication to make these great we wouldn’t have been able to do this. Thanks so much for your service and will definitely recommend you to everyone we know.

We had used another framing company in the city but was getting frustrated with the lack of guidance in choosing a frame as well as the end result. A number of years ago, I discovered Pandora Gallery. The two skilled women who own Pandora really know their craft and have reframed many of those pictures for us improving the overall effect. In some cases the difference is so remarkable, it is like having a new painting. 5 stars does not give them enough credit. If you care about a piece of art, this is the place to go for the finishing touches.

Pandora's Gallery is a cut above the rest with their guidance, suggestions, problem solving, and willingness to really hear their customer. Absolutely outstanding. Suzanne and Angela have completed 2 family legacy projects so far, 1 is still in the works, and they will be asked to partner on many, many more. I trust them completely with these projects which will be of historical benefit and a source of pride for our future generations. Cindy (Photohop) has been part of the team by restoring photos and providing printing services. Amazing results from all!

Google helped lead me to Pandora's Gallery two years ago, so it only makes sense that I share my experience here. As an artist I've ordered over 40 frames from them and have never been disappointed with the quality of the product or the experience. The most valuable part of the experience with Angela and Suzanne is that they are incredible collaborators, dedicated to working with you to help you find the best solution for your project. 5 stars isn't enough!!!

I had been trying to frame a photograph for a while but kept running into issues. I ordered this photograph from an Italian photographer/artist and wanted to pick up minor details within the photo that you’d only spot if you looked closely.I wanted a thick antique gold frame with a small filet to help make the photo look larger than it was. After trying several galleries, this photo traveled from Italy to northern BC, to Vancouver Island and eventually over to Calgary. I wish I remember the woman’s name who assisted me because she was spectacular. I knew what I wanted going in there and she made it happen. I found a thick gold frame by Larsen Juhl as well as an intricate filet which had gold and burgundy detailing which is in the photo. I was so excited. Upon further investigation, it appeared the filet was discontinued and no longer available in Canada. I left, feeling defeated, knowing I’d have to call around US galleries to find and import the filet. I left the photo there with the intention of calling back with what I’d like to do and returned to BC. Moping because I still hadn’t sorted this frame (this was over two years to get this frame done), I put off calling back because I was feeling dramatic about the loss of this filet. A few weeks went by and this amazing woman called to say my picture was framed and ready to be picked up. She took the initiative to track down and import this elusive, discontinued filet. She framed my photo beautifully and as requested. When I returned to pick up the photo, I had one last neurotic change - I am had asked for black matting but forgot to specify all black vs white matt with a black top. The photo is dark and grimy with no white whatsoever and the thin white line of the scoring stood out distractingly. The woman didn’t try to convince me otherwise, instead she took the frame apart and swapped the mat. My beautiful photo was perfect. I’m glad I didn’t settle because it looks amazing and this woman’s amazing customer service was even more so. Fully framed, my picture hopped onto another plane and came back to BC. I had tears in my eye when it was finally unveiled. Spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. (Neurotically could change a couple things now, but it is EXACTLY what I asked for).Amazing place and can’t recommend enough.My experience was from a couple of years ago and I regret not writing my review sooner.

What a great experience Pandora's Gallery has been!As a Chapter President of a Professional Association, the certificates are the centerpiece to any Graduation Event and so the framing is a critical detail.Angela and Suzanne at Pandora's made the importance of delivering a quality presentation just as important to them as it was to me. I gave them a budget and Pandora's had lots options that were on time, on (or below) budget, and absolutely on quality! One step further, Pandora's helped me understand what I might value in a quality frame, which gave me the confidence in knowing my decision was the right one. The reaction from the Graduates was proof enough!Thank you Pandora's! You made this fun, professional, educational, and I couldn't think of going anywhere else!

I’ve framed several pieces at Pandora. The staff are great at finding the right frame and matte to complement the picture. They listen to the customer and bring the customer’s vision to life. I highly recommend Pandora for all framing needs.

What a lovely store. Customer service is exceptional, the selection of frames to pick from is perfect, and the workmanship is superb. Bravo! my wife loves the framed print of a Wheaton Terrier in remembrance of our lovely Ginger.

Angela and Suzanne did an exceptional job framing six books I authored. Mats were carefully selected for each book so the titles and cover images were showcased. The books were grouped into one beautifully framed piece. I highly recommend Pandora's Box!
