This place is a true definition of customer service no longer exists. As soon as I walked in the door, the girl gave me nothing but attitude. I tried to be professional and respectful, but that didn’t matter finally after getting my vehicle back it was covered with dirt and grease inside my vehicle from one of their drivers, I brought it to their attention and her response was not my problem not my vehicle. Real professional. This is the kind of professionalism they wish the office staff to have. I feel sorry for anybody who has to deal with these people. If you have to deal with the office, be prepared to be belittled and made to feel like you are stupid. The office people seem very miserable. The drivers seem happy and pleased to be at work maybe they need to switch positions. Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

My car broke down (a couple months ago) 50km out of Regina. I called ABC, spoke with Lisa; who was so understanding & wonderful to speak with;she had someone sent to me immediately.She sent me Brady. He was there in no time!Brady was especially kind. I had my late dad’s vehicle that has huge sentimental value. He drove so slow(for me), as we had to take a gravel road. He backed the car into my driveway perfectly. And was so kind!

Today Easter Monday I called ABC Towing. The young lady on the phone was very helpful & after a few questions she said she would send a truck as soon as possible. It was a very short wait time & a Tow Truck showed up ! The young lady operating the truck whose name is Maegan. She was very professional & did her job as quick as can be. My husband is arthritic & can not kneel anymore. We were so grateful & would certainly recommend this company ! Thank you so much! Donalene

Called for a tow. Very polite. Said someone being dispatched asap. After 40 min I called back said he should be right there. 30 min later I canceled and called another service. If I would have had an eta and a time commitment or communication I would have been fine to go and eat somewhere and come back. Bad coordination.Don't get upset simply choose an alternate service and let them know you are not pleased. Eventually people tend to clean up their act or go out of business. . I'm sure they are Fantastic when they show up.

Really really happy with the services provided. The crew went above and beyond hauling 2 non operational vintage vehicles from a somewhat challenging location. Not only did they take the time to transport the vehicles safely, they transported additional vehicle accessories (which they didn't have to do) and were on point maneuvering the trucks during drop-off. Thank you so much and would recommend!
