If I could put no stars I would. I signed up and could not see my information right from the start. I was on the phone for hours yesterday and again today. I've literally have been transferred 4 times. Two time right back to the previous department I was speaking too. Each rep stating it's not their department and they can't do anything. Who is in charge? This place is a mess!!! The worst thing is my bank said I needed direction from this disaster of a company.

Ridiculous! The representative told me that my birth date was changed that's why the credit information doesn't match with my account and I couldn't get my credit information. How can someone update my birth date without my approval? And it doesn't make any sense that a BIRTH DATE can be changed. I really want to know how can I change my birth date. Show me. Ridiculous! I spent 6 hours on the same day and the problem couldn't be solved. I had the calls with many representatives and none of them are helpful. They just kept giving me the standard answers and not truly helping me out. If you build up a customer service team, who is not helping the customers, you should fire your team and just put the money to improve your system to eliminate the errors, then you're no longer need anyone for customer service team.I highly recommend BMO should stop to connect with this company because I'm considering to pull out all the money to another bank due to this issue.

Mixed up my profile with someone else's and causing great trouble of mortgage application. Their customer service is amazing, no apology, and dictate me to send my ID blah blah to their office. Why should I provide them more personal info? Why does this wrost company has the right to take hold of our personal information?! They should be closed. period.

Completely useless . They don't provide any services on time and no service at all. After gathering all the information and data they just said its not in their systems. As mentioned in their website, on the same address I have mailed to them my important documents and now they have changed this address to something else and they want me to again send the documents there. I came to know that address got changed from Burlington to Hamilton when I call them to get an update over my issue. I am paying for the mailing not they and they don't bother about anything. Now if I again send me documents , pay extra fees for mail and what if Transunion again say that again their address got changed?Why public have to suffer if your address changed or whatever?TransUnion responsible for that and they have to deal with this not us. They have to collect documents from their addresses.Its a ridiculous system I have to deal with.CAN SOMEONE SUGGEST SOMETHING OR ANY PROVIDE ANY HELP ?

Do not recommend! I used this site once to get a credit report, and without my knowledge I was subscribed for a monthly fee of $28.19. Never emailed any receipts of being charged. It was not clear that my credit card would be charged repeatedly after making an account for a one time thing.

Do not recommend dealing with these people. I called to find out why my credit history is screwed up, and ended up dealing with someone in customer service in India. The call quality was horrible and full of echo. I had to request a callback for somebody to get back to me within 3 to 5 business days, and I expressly requested that I speak with somebody in Canada. It would be nice if Canadian companies stopped outsourcing jobs to foreign countries. Really hope I actually get a call back within 3 to 5 business days as promised.

This is a sorry excuse of a company. Hires the most incompetent people. They messed up my credit information completely so I sent them my ID’s and they made typos everywhere. It’s been 2 months and I am still unable to get any credit information. On top of that they charged me 29 dollars when I was trying to make an account. Ridiculous company

We applied for a credit card for my wife, and CIBC refused it, on the basis that some of the information was incorrect on the credit bureau, also on their letter they mentioned TransUnion and provided their contact.Called TransUnion in order to figure out what could be the issue, and discussed with them about creating the accounts and accessing our information. The agent started saying that it costs 24.95$ in order to have a copy of the disclosure, and only after I pushed back saying that they're asking for money to let me know what my information is, he said that accessing that part is free

I called customer service to help me find the reason why? my credit score dropped 4 points. I have only one bill payments and that is through bell which my payments is always made 7 to 10 days in advance of the due dates. I barely could understand the person speaking to me, he was not helpful at all.All I wanted was to know the reason why? I had no inquiries made or I did not apply for anything new. Why is my score dropping. I have no debt no outstanding balances...Why is my score dropping????? when my bills is paid before due date and no inquiries, applications of any sort was made.I like answers.......
