Great team. Hard to get a hold off by phone due to how busy they are but does respond quick by email and does schedule calls and honours it. Overall great experience, they try and save you as much money possible and get you the most out of what you pay for.

Just had an experience with Desjardins Insurance that I would like to share. I sold a car and needed to cancel the insurance. I called my agent Dina Constantinou and got through to Miranda Rieger who works with her. Miranda asked a couple of questions that added thoroughness to the process. Best of all, she followed up with a confirmation email to add assurance that the process was complete. Throughout the entire interaction Miranda's communications gave the impression she was happy to deal with the issue and her thoroughness gave comfort I was dealing with a highly competent professional. It is such a small interaction, but I was made to feel important and valuable.

My insurance policies with Desjardins were recently moved from my agent in North York due to the retirement of the agent. A new agent was assigned based on proximity to our principal residence in Toronto. As a result, I asked for a meeting with our new agent and that took place in May 2023. Dina spent over an hour with me reviewing each policy and was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of our policies. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend this very kind, caring and professional person to anyone who is looking for any type of insurance.
