Pharmacy and store isn't have as good as it was when Steve Medew was running it. Wish he would come back fulltime.

I'm from out of town so asked Google maps to help me find this SDM... But I couldn't find it...walked completely around the block and couldn't see any red SDM signs anywhere. A friendly local who lived in the surrounding complex finally walked me there. The Shopper's entrance was in an off-street inner plaza! Once inside, a clerk helped me find some medical items needed for a hospital stay. They only had oversized packs for sale, but bought them anyways. Thankfully they had a good selection of keto and other nutritional bars available in singles.

The store is great! Except for a Customer Service Person named Beth. I have been insulted by her so many times, this Friday the 16th I will speak to the store Manager!

Can’t really complain! The pharmacists there are prompt, knowledgeable, and funny. For a small store, there seems to be a lot of staff cleaning, restocking, etc. so I’ve never seen it look bad.

It's my favorite location to go to. Pharmacists are awesome every time. Great little dollar finds almost every week something different gets the price. Their little dollar bin is great. Atmosphere is welcoming.

My preferred Shopper's location in Kelowna. The pharmacist has always been great to deal with and super knowledgeable. Sure it's a smaller Shopper's so you can't get your passport photo taken here but selection is great, including the reduced to sell items, and staff is always pleasant even when a bit of a line forms up.

The pharmacy is Another useless cog in the local medical system.They misplace prescriptions sent by my doctor at least a third of the time. The attitude of pharmacy staff is that customers are clearly a nuisance at best and their health and well being is an extremely low priority.

*UPDATED* Fair warning, all the make-up I bought here (varying brands of L'oreal, Maybeline, Revlon) while on a trip was either cracked or basically expired - couldn't even check since it was all in packaging. Sadly a waste of money since they were un-usable or caused a reaction on my face.Results of reacting to SDM Response to call Customer Care lead me to a 2+ hour wait of multiple calls due to being disconnected from the first call, finally reporting my complaint, only to be told that all they can do is refer me to call the Customer Hotlines for each of the makeup product brands that affected my face. Not really customer service for a makeup bill that went un-usable..

Great customer service from Winnie! She is an absolute ray of sunshine.

It is 9:40, store opens at 9:00 and it just goes to a voicemail when trying to call the store, very frustrating.
