My friend and I came here for a quick bite to eat, and we order as normal. The cashier didn't add an extra fries on the side as we asked, and she never put mayonnaise as the sauce for the nuggets we got.We went to ask about it, we weren't rude at all, just trying to correct a mistake, and the other lady was super abrasive. On our receipt the nugget sauce doesn't cost anything and they just wouldn't swap out the sweet and sour to mayonnaise. She sort of just tossed the sweet and sour sauce on our tray, and walked away.I get it might be a tough day, it's fast food, can't expect much, but you'd think you just have better customer service skills, and better cashier skills to not make simple mistakes.They never offered and solutions, just told us you get what's on the receipt and that's it. Like in training, your supposed to read back the order to make sure it's correct.This McDonald's has just gone so far downhill its sad.

Mandeep singh. Please review your procedures through your drive thru. Cars that come way after the first car arrives gets their order taken first. This has happend multiple times. Is this hard to fix?

Went through the drive-through, and it was very fast. It's very wide, so if the vehicle in front is waiting for their order, u have room to go around.My son had a Big Mac and was impressed by the amount of sauce they put on. His comment was wow finally a Big Mac with Sauce!

Told us to move in RESERVED 1 for our Sprite drink. Made us wait for at least 10 mins and got forgotten, husband have to go back to their window to ask them for the drink, turned out they don’t have a sprite. Very poor communication! Like, how about just tell us no sprite then we could have gotten another one. Poor customer service. You guys need to train your staff to be more polite. Drive thru at around 3:45pm May 14. We understand it gets busy but please learn to be more organize and check your cameras occasionally if you forgot someone you sent at reserved 1. I tried to call them while we were stuck at the reserve park lady answer and said “wait” then hung up, didn’t even let me say something. The incompetence and rudeness in this location is very much unacceptable. Worst McDonald’s in Manitoba goes to this location. Rude staff and poor communication seems to an ongoing issues in this location based on reviews.

My review is based on this location'sfantastic lettuce wraps..EVERY other location I've been to, when you ask for a lettuce wrap, they ignorantly give you a breakfast container with cheese on the bottom of all ingredients so the cheese sticks to the container. And provides the smallest pieces of lettuce they can find (usually about 3 small leaves).. And it is completely un-eatable in the car.This location almost every time wraps the burger ingredients in the best leaves they have, and they wrap it all in a paper wrap you can pick up with your hands, and then place it in a container so it won't fall apart.My guess is someone at this location has Celiac or a family member with it or a gluten intolerance, and thus makes sure lettuce wraps are done properly for people like myself.Thank you!! Best I've had from McDonald's in months!Ps. Please teach other locations how to wrap a burger?

How long are you allowed to keep Your nuggets available. This is the second time I ordered and ended up feeding it to my dog. This is unacceptable!

I ordered food for my team and out of all places we voted for Mcdonalds. I called in advance to ask and see if we can place the order a head of time to avoid errors and delays. I was told that I have to come in and place the order in person. This caused a line up of people behind me frustrated at my large order and the stress of having to fill 9 drinks one a time with 11 drinks in total and several bags, only one person offered to help me. She was the supervisor I believe, the only person who seemed to care about their job. She also advised me that these large orders are the ones they want to take over the phone, and apologized for this experience. She deserves a promotion for showing empathy and offering to help. The rest of that staff there didn’t seem to care and made me feel unwanted due to the large order. Very unfortunate, I give you a 10/10 if you’re goal is to provide a terrible experience. Next time I am buying dinner for my team, I will let them know about this experience. Be better and do better.

I ordered here from here every day for nine years strait un till last July. I spent 12k every year buying my workers breakfast every morning I had great service every day. Now I go in and get no smiles or good morning but a yeah what do you want,like I am bugging them at 615 am when it's quite in the placeI ask for no ice and they snap back they can't do that they have to fill the cup as per company policy I don't know what changed but it no better than the other restaurants in the area no idea of customer service

Got our order wrong through the drive thr and proceeded to give us a 3/4ths drink with no ice. When we asked them to correct it they just gave us a cup of ice.

The service was very poor and rude. She punched the wrong order and gave us wrong order . On the top she didn't even the repeated the order while passing to us on drive thru. When we went back to complaint about missing order, she was giving us attitude and was showing the wrong receipt. She even accused for telling a lie. That's ridiculous. Staff need to learn more customer service skills. Instead of apologising , they were accusing us for lieing about ordering on drive thru
