Great garage for VW repair.I called them about taking on the final steps of my broken wiper linkage replacement, and got excellent tips on completing my DIY repair, so thankful for that.

Most Knowledgeable shop to deal with Porsche and Audi products. Extremely quick, reliable and friendly mechanic in the area. Their honesty is their most valuable asset.

Not sure if these guys are dishonest or lack competence. Took my Audi A4 to them and they misdiagnosed it and suggest a fix of around $2500 plus which requires a turbo rebuilt with a 5 days down time. I went back checked the code myself correctly diagnosed the issue and contacted them again but they still insisted on rebuilding the turbo. I ordered the faulty waste gate actuator worth $450 myself and spent half to one hour to replace it and my car is all good since then. Not a really 4.9/5 experience, it was terrible service

I owned a VW/Audi shop for a few years, and Gord was always a collaborator never a competitor. I retired 4 years ago. Today I had a starter issue with an older Audi. Told him what the symptoms were. He diagnosed it in a heartbeat, told me the fix, and said if I needed him he'd take my money. A true gentleman and a brilliant mechanic.

I've been meaning to write this review for quite a while. I've had a ton of work done over the past 2 years on my relatively new GTI by Gord and the guys at Advanced Autowerks. The quality of their work is superb, they're friendly and easy to work with. This is coming from someone with a (very) type A personality. I can be picky with respect to the way work is done and Gord seems to understand and appreciate that. He's always willing to give informal advice. Whenever there have been minor issues after installs/modifications, they're always willing to have another look and troubleshoot at no charge. They've gone the extra mile with some jobs (e.g. extensive exhaust work) and at the end of the day, they make sure it's done right. They care about the quality of their work and they all seem to be automotive enthusiasts who like what they do. I'd recommend Advanced Autowerks for any new or vintage VW, Audi or Porsche, whether it be routine work or aftermarket work/modifications.

Fast and honest service. Had our golf looked at for diagnosis and within a week we had our car back running smooth and ready for our road trip. Will take my VW there before anyone else.

Brought my vehicle for a brake fluid purge/refill, along with stainless steel lines to install. The quoted time was respected, and no (bad) surprises! Recommended. I will very likely go back to have them install my Blistein coilover suspension next week!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Mechanic who looked at my 2010 VW Tiguan was very thorough with inspecting my car for issues and saved me from investing more money into a car that is ready for junkyard. Thanks guys.

Was in Ottawa for business and my car was making a loud banging noise from underneath. Stopped by the shop right when they opened and after explaining my problem to Gord the owner, he immediately got my car in up on the lift and diagnosed the issue. Fearing the worse he informed me it was just a loose panel protecting my undercarriage that wasn’t secure. Quick fix then one test drive and my situation was resolved.Gord was great to deal with fair and honest and knows his craft quite well. Highly recommend this business!Todd M
