I've been coming here to mail and pick up parcels for several years without issue. But this week, out of nowhere, I was turned away several times for very minor reasons.It's as if the people working there now look for any little excuse to not help you.I will not be going back if I can avoid it.

Never had any issues except for one time I went and they were closed without notice. Service is efficient and they are friendly enough. But again, what kind of service do you really expect from a post office?

Opening hours are not clear at all, no phone number to contact them. I've been there 3 times to pick up my parcels and I still didn't get them yet because they have technical issues"... it used to be a good place but now it's a nightmare to deal with

It closes at 7, not 9 pm :(

I've had nothing but bad experiences here. The times they work aren't the times posted online, there's an hour break between 2-3 and they're not open on Saturday. I showed up at 1:47 with no one behind me and the lady closed the line in front of me because she said she had a break at 2! Luckily I stayed there and complained otherwise I wouldn't be able to get my package until the next week. That was my 3rd time trying to get that package. The first time she just said she didn't have time to go through all of the packages and to come back later. When I went back the next time, I was in a long line for about 20 minutes and then she just closed the line 15 minutes before closing. There have been plenty of other times where the lady at the desk just says my package isn't there even though it was supposed to have been there from 1pm that day. This entire office needs to be audited by Postes Canada because there's so much wrong here.

I encountered a level of ridiculousness here that I’ve never before experienced at Canada Post.I wanted to mail a parcel to my parents in Australia. I’d already filled a customs form online to speed up the process. The lady who served me refused to scan my customs form, saying it would cost me extra. She tried to enter the delivery address manually into her system but claimed the address doesn’t exist. She then called over another member of staff who also confirmed the address doesn’t exist.Well, I’ll have you nincompoops know that the delivery address is in fact very much in existence, I lived there myself for 20 years and successfully sent a parcel there less than a month ago.They told me to go to another post office instead. Absolutely ridiculous.Avoid this post office.

The new employee is lovely but the hours are not very compatible with people working. The postman won't leave packages in my lobby even when I authorize it via Post Canada and the post office closes at 18h on weekdays and is closed on weekends.

I've been trying to pick up a package for a week, but the hours listed online are not true. The post office is only open Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00 pm. Don't waste your time trying to come outside of those times, I already did that for you. I'm sure the service is great otherwise.

Very unfriendly clerk, it really felt like picking up a parcel was a huge burden to her. 3rd time picking up a parcel and it was the same way every time. Procedure was pretty efficient nonetheless, I waited for about five minutes and the actual pickup was less than two minutes, I can't really complain here.
