Jacob Briggs did a quality job in the configuration of the plumbing for a new kitchen sink and faucets after a kitchen island renovation. He did quality work quickly and was very professional. He also took the time to discuss questions and concerns I had. I am pleased with the experience.

Despite having a wrong address, GREG arrived and made a quick assessment of the situation. Just like SANTA, he made quick work of the repair as his van had the repair part aboard. The invoice arrived in my email, making it very easy to make payment for the excellent work done by GREG. Very pleased that our neighbours gave us the phone number for this company! Keep up the good work ethic.

DJ and Rudy installed my new water softener. Their knowledge of all things plumbing was exceptional and when they noticed some issues with my existing plumbing I trusted their advice and they fixed what could have caused me some serious water issues in the future. A shout out to the office staff as well, very friendly and helpful

Good and bad experience overall. I have a tenanted property that had a leaking pipe under the basement kitchen sink.The good: very prompt on scheduling someone to come to my property. The plumber Sean arrived on time. Sean was professional, able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered a solution. He said the pipes were leaking because the pipes were overloaded due to grease so he removed the drain/trap and tried using an electric hand snake to clear the grease up to 25ft.He said he removed a good amount of grease and he said to let hot water run in the sink everyday to clear out remaining grease.The bad: tenants reported that the leak was gone, but water is coming back up the sink the same day it was fixed". They were unable to let hot water run down the sink because it would come back up. Not sure if Sean tested this?Also was not informed about the 100$ service call charge. This definitely should have been brought up prior to booking. I probably would've booked elsewhere if I was aware of this.Ended up paying almost $400 for something that was hardly "fixed". They don't warrant pipe leaks. This makes me wonder if Sean knew this wasn't going to be a solid remedy to the issue. Now I will need to hire another plumber to flush out the drain which is what I wish Sean suggested in the first place.So technically he fixed the leak

Although we had an issues with the toilets installed by Lodder Brothers they provided immediate and amazing customer service. A crew of two returned the next day to stabilize them in a friendly professional manner. I will use their service again without hesitation.

Called them shortly after 9am to make an appointment. They said they'd come between 12-2pm and actually came around 1pm. Quickly assessed the issue and gave an estimate (which they kept to). A very awkward corner to work in but they did it quickly. Joe even went entirely into the cupboard! No issues. Pleasant fellows to interact with. Thank you to Kyle Spears and I think his partner's name was Joe. Much appreciated.

Had a great experience with Lodder Brothers. Kyle was professional & completed the job quickly. The price was reasonable, and I was able to use a coupon from their website for $35 off as a first time customer.

Had a leaky tee on my under sink RO unit. Called Lodder Bros. hoping they had experience with my RO model (they did). Easy booking the appointment with the office. Got next day service. D.J. (Bernard) and Joe arrived on time and initiated the repair in a timely fashion. There was a small glitch in the repair that resulted in a return visit from Greg and Carson. Issue was resolved next day. Very pleased with the service provided by Lodder Bros. and their staff from the service Desk to the Field crew. Outstanding.

Where do I start? I had a hot water tank, water softener and toilet installed by Lodder Brothers today. DJ and Greg were promptly here at 8am. They were very professional and personable....answering all my questions without missing a beat. They were here all day and I loved hearing them humming and singing along to the radio as they worked. They were quite concerned about taking the old hot water tank outside and the water damage it might cause on the carpeting but in the end they cut up some cardboard, spread out a bunch of my dog towels and moved quickly resulting in minimal water spillage. They went above and beyond doing a bunch of little extras.....replacing some corroded faucets and 'not up to code' hoses at the back of the washing machine. Just a great pair of guys! I would highly recommend Lodder Brothers for any and all your plumbing needs!

We had booked the service the day before by the vendors website. Within minutes they responded back. Gas technician showed up on time as scheduled the next day. Wasted no time and got right to work. The tech. represented his company in a professional manner and was responsive to my questions. Service vehicle was new and clean and well stocked with parts including a new water heater. The leaking water heater tank was approximately 5 years old with a warranty expiry of September 2026. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I had to pay $600 Cdn for what they call a warranty exchange to the new water heater which is not overly an issue if I had to pay full price for parts and labour.
