We hired Jackson and team for locating leak problem of our existing pond, found them from merely searching the web. Not much information learned from the web but met them in person as scheduled. The whole process was long but professional. Jackson and his assistant showed up promptly and they did a good job by cleaning the pond first, then we started this long process of elimination to locate the leak. Jackson from the beginning was quite confidence that the leak was most likely related to the skimmer, and it would not be something hard to fix. So we are indeed lucky that the cause of the leak was indeed from the skimmer. From there on, through trial and error, he finally made some headway and the leakage started to slow down. Many pond builders were called and all of them tried to convince us to rebuild the pond instead of fixing it. Jackson is a very practical guy and he advised us otherwise. Step by step we are getting closer to perfection and return the pond to its former glory which we have been enjoying the past 15 years. Good job, Jackson and Amie! Amie is Jackson's assistant. She was the one did the second attempt and found something new. And the third time, she also made some new discovery and suggestions. Koodo to Amie and Jackson's persistent!
