Chris has always been very honest and fair in an otherwise uncertain industry. I've taken our Lexus, Volkswagen and GMC vehicles here over the years with no issues. An anecdote to ease your mind: I had a blockage in an AC hose that was causing water to leak into my cabin on the Lexus. Chris researched the issue online and admitted it was a job he wasn't certain of. He said he'd happily take a look at it but was honest that he couldn't be certain about the labour time and encouraged me to check with Lexus first. I ended up getting the repair done at Lexus because they were more familiar with this very unique problem. If that level of honesty doesn't deserve repeat business, I don't know what does.

The new ownership is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and honest fast service, no unnecessary auto repairs.

I took my car there for a check engine light on. And they promised to finish the car in the same day, which they didn't finish it till next day. They said the problem is solved. But the check engine light went back on after two days.STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND.

Advanced Auto Care has always been very easy to deal with and very professional. I feel they do a solid job recommending what's important to fix and what can be waited on. If you haven't given them an opportunity to prove their aptitude for diagnosing and repairing car's then it's about high time you do!

Chris and his team did a great job repairing my car. When it was involved in an accident several months later, he was able to send me a copy of my receipt for insurance purposes.
