Dealt with Ornella at Clear Deck to replace my solar blanket. They showed up unannounced and luckily we were home. The workers were quick and we were happy with our solar blanket. They left and I had no idea how I was supposed to pay. I got an invoice via email a week later. I called right away to pay over the phone by credit card. Four weeks later I noticed the charge being done on my credit card. I was quite surprised they held onto my credit card number for a month. I called Ornella to question and she was very short. Admitted that it was sitting under a pile of papers on her desk all this time but was not nice about it at all. She said I have no clue how busy the pool industry is at this time of year. I really think I do! How about you take a little ownership of your mistake Ornella.
