Let me start by saying Kelly is the best by far in the area! My wife and I are on our 4th house renovation and we have used Creative Tile Concepts 4 times for his tile work, (3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen). Our present day house is a cottage converted into a full size house. The walls, floors, and ceilings are not square or even. Kelly was able to adapt and make all four rooms work perfectly. Complete tear outs and rebuilds are also his specialty. He is not only very professional and talented, but he also turns out to be a good friend in the process. All his suggestions for the finish work turned out spectacular to say the least. Everyone living in my area knows CTC and recommends them for tile work. I had a leaking 3'x5' tile shower. Creative Tile removed the bottom row of wall tile, the leaking shower floor tile, the old bladder, and cement down to the floor. They re-sloped the floor to the new drain, installed a new bladder, a new 1st row of wall tile, a new shower stone floor, a granite sill, and grouted everything. The work was flawless!I would highly recommend them.
