As a longtime, small business customer I was told the other day that they would not exchange my CO2 bottles for another one since there was a worldwide shortage of the gas?! They were only providing gas to certain customers And if I requested it would take a day or so to approve if I was lucky. Promptly left my bottle went down the street to Western Gasco, leased one of their bottles and I had no problem getting CO2.The fellows at Western Gasco were very accommodating and had no idea about this apparent gas shortage. I’ll be doing my business there from now on ,suggest others might have to do so as well, if they will not provide gas to customers for them to work!

The counter guy will not help with any items he is bitter like he hates his job came here till I found out about evolved. Never go there for dry ice ever it's 3.50 a ib vs evolved extraction it cost 1.45 an ib
