I went to the front desk and was met with a very rude worker. Immediately made me want to leave. Horrible customer service.

When I picked up my jacket from them, they took my my money, handed me my jacket, and watched me leave with a stained jacket. When I came back, they refused to refund my money or acknowledge that they had done anything wrong.

The ladies here are amazing! I needed a stain removed from a suit jacket before I travelled the next day and they had it done that day. Very accommodating within reason. Highly recommend

Rude service and expensive for what we had done. I believe the staff who helped us was Judy. Will not be returning.

A tad bit on the expensive side but absolutely worth it. Clothes as clean as they were new, and really quickly. I had a shirt with a stain I did not know and needed it that day, and they got it cleaned and ironed in 3 hours!

Horrible place to get anything of value cleaned. Should have written a review awhile ago, but was just searching for a new cleaners and stumbled back to these clowns.I used to get all my work shirts and suits cleaned here. One day I took an expensive, unique pair of jeans to get cleaned, and even pointed out the leather detail on the back pockets to confirm it wouldn’t be an issue. They assured me they would take care of them, long story short they absolutely wrecked them. I should have looked at them right then and there to confirm they were fine, but they had them all wrapped up in plastic like they cared about my jeans and I assumed they were fine. I didn’t notice until I opened them at home. They had them folded backwards (that alone confirmed they knew they wrecked them, and were trying to hide it) and the leather was completely dried out and destroyed! It was an absolute mess!I went back and they didn’t seem to care at all. Worst place ever!! Bunch of clowns. Thanks for wrecking my property and not caring, great way to show you care about your community and the people who try support you.

The tailor, Halena, has got to be the very best seamstress I have ever encountered. She arrived from Ukraine in February 2023 and is still learning English. She uses the translator app which works very well. She is charming and extremely talented. My previous tailor failed me by ruining a jacket that I had the shoulder pads removed from but Halena took that jacket and made it PERFECT! She is so talented and I recommend that everyone takes their alterations and repairs to her, you will not regret it. Thank you nice people at Mint Dry Cleaning and THANK YOU Halena!!!

The most understanding staff I’ve ever met! I’ve got an interview happening before the normal pick-up time and they got it ready for me exactly when I needed it to be ready! They respect their clients and their circumstances which is very rare these days! I’m not even mentioning the superior quality of their cleaning services! Businesses like Mint Dry Cleaning make me so happy and thankful

Paid almost 80 bucks to clean my Canada Goose parka at this place-- only had to go back three times to get them remove different and new water stains left from their cleaning. Finally got it right today, the lady with the glasses at the front desk couldn't seem to care less with her Okay!" Not going back next year."

Incredibly rude staff. They basically barked at me from inside the store just for getting out of the car to scope out parking spaces for the other vendors in the area. I understood their signage, but they aren't the only business there and I was hoping there would be other parking (there is; it's by Asian Flame). If they can be polite to their clients according to the previous reviews here, why can't they be polite to the general public?
