The accounting department is unprofessional I can't count how many times I have asked questions in past emails that have never been answered I am looking forward to the day my contract is over . and I dont know who they are sending my bills to because they are not being sent to MY address .I am counting down the days to the end of this disaster I would cancel now but they will charge me 90% of my remaining contract , 90%!!!!!!!! the greedof this company speaks volumes .

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I have tried for months to reach their accounting department regarding the reimbursement of a credit on the account. I've sent 4 emails, left numerous messages, and been kept on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up. The only time I did get to speak to someone, they said the reimbursement would be sent in 3 months. Well, it's past the 3 months and still no credit. Extremely poor service!
