Will never go back,We are seasoned travellers and liked the look of the web site which does not acurately reflect this HotelThis hotel is so shabby that it sets new standards as a rip off. Could be charming because of age but clearly has not been kept up. Room was clean ,I will give it that, and bed comfy, view terrific. but the decor appalling ,needing serious TLC. Laminate coming off cheap hollow core door in the miniscule bathroom. Only one armchair chair so uncomfortable and threadbare and dirty on arms, bed bench finish worn off ,water marks and stains all over it. I put a towel down before I sat on it!!paint peeling on balcony AND somewhere in time someone had the idea to put in cork tiles which BY TODAYS STANDARD are terribly dated ,these are not only the colour of baby .... but also have a nightmarish pattern that looks as if a bunch of bugs have been flattened on them .In a building of this vintage it would have surely had wood floors so this was a huge design error at some time to have changed materials.Definitely time for some maintenance and upgrades. The cost was horrific for the quality,close to 500 for one very small horribly appointed room. Bed incorrectly located in room so it was half in the entry corridor, bad Feng sui .Lunch at supposedly a great restaurant in complex equally disappointing I had the tuna pokey bowl. The tuna was slimey and tasteless ,rest of bowl pedestrian. My husbandd had a hamburger which he only ate half ,says any fast food chain would have produced a better burger. So in other words as I started in this review we will never be back.!

Amazing breakfast/service/location. Especially Sunday brunch. Dinner is OK....I had to try the $30 burger cause it was $30. Frozen salt patties. Sent back and ordered a real dinner and it was amazing

Everything about the Hotel Eldorado was fabulous. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food was really good and the service by literally every staff member was polite, efficient and helpful. We would absolutely recommend it!

Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort
I recently stayed at the Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is located at 500 Cook Rd Unit 2, Kelowna, , in a convenient area of the city with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center. During my stay, I was able to make use of the hotel's swimming pool, gym, and parking facilities, which were all well-maintained and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. I also tried the white wine at the hotel's restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by its delicious taste. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and there was plenty of parking available nearby. The rooms were very clean and organized, and the view from the hotel was lovely. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities and top-notch service.

Highly recommend Hotel El Dorado! They were super accommodating, kept in touch via text message and everything was clean and nice. Love the vintage /heritage feel of the place. Definitely will stay again!

Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort
I took my mom to stay at the Eldorado hotel to celebrate her 60th birthday. We were treated so kindly. The staff are wonderful especially Riley the young man that works at the manteo front desk that does all the check ins and out for the Eldorado. Very friendly and professional, thank you riley :) . Gave us a lovely bottle of wine on the house and when we got to our room there was a yummy piece of cake waiting for us. The bathtub in our room was amazing and the views were breath taking. Highly recommend staying here. I'd also like to say the girls that work the Sunday brunch are also so wonderful. Friendly and attentive

Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort
The pros = The room interior and lake views were beautiful and spacious. Comfortable bed and the Whiskey bar downstairs was lots of fun- live jazz and great drinks. Friendly host at check in. We bonded over having old school hotmail accounts. Then… the evening took a turn.Now for the cons … the walls are paper thing and you can hear the surrounding guests conversations, when they drop something on the floor, move a chair and you can imagine what else. The room above us hosted what can only be described as a southern barn dance until 2:00am. The bathroom plumbing is similar to that of decades ago where if one person turns on a tap down the street, you will feel either scorching hot or freezing cold water. Water pressure is atrocious as well. If you stay above the restaurant be prepared for music to start early and with absolutely no sound barrier. It won’t matter, however because you’ll be kept awake all night anyways.We will never be staying here again and would not recommend unfortunately.Go for drinks at the whiskey bar ($14 for average drinks but well made) and take a taxi back to your hotel.

Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort
Everything was fantastic from the time we arrived till the time we checked out. We requested an early check in and were able to get an additional three hours in our room. We ordered the charcuterie board to our room and it was 10/10 (though seemed small). The only thing that was sub par and caused the 4/5 rating was breakfast at Lakeside Dining. I had the apple bacon waffles and again the portion seemed quite small. They were tasty but not outstanding. My husband had the classic Eggs Benedict. Again, good but not great. Regardless, we will definitely be back. Thanks Hotel El!

I m travelling a lot and staying in many different hotel and cities To compare with, I dont call this place Hotel".I stayed 3 nights with my husband. We got very very small room with two seprate small bed!! No sofa to sit..you open the door and your bed was just beside the door

A Gin Tasting event I won’t forget!!! Ryan, our Gin Embassador/Gin tasting expert, was very personable and full of interesting facts about the gins we tasted and where they came from. For someone who loves gin….ME… I loved the whole evening. What a great idea for a birthday gift for a friend. I was lucky to a part of it! The gins selected by Ryan were from different parts of the world, varied in flavours, and were of excellent quality! We also had an amazing (HUGE!) charcuterie platter which fed all 7 of us easily. I would do this again! If you get to read this….thanks again Ryan! Great job!
