You take a 2000 jacket and they don’t tell you that’s gonna get completely messed up. Then i go tell them what happened and she says “yea everyone knows that happens to their jackets in the washing machine” washing machine?? It’s supposed to be dry cleaning. She just kept saying that everyone knew the risks and that it was common sense. How do u not warn the costumer first so they can decide to leave it or not.

Love this place. Have been coming here for 3 years. They are great with their timelines and overall quality of service. There prices are fair and it’s just a good place. Never lost anything or go anything back that was damaged. If they can’t do something they will tell your straight up, not haggle and then can’t do it.Highly recommended

Worst dry cleaner ever. Lost my husbands Hugo Boss shirt then tried to give him another one (2 sizes too big). When confronted they said “we never make mistakes but maybe someone will bring the shirt back by the end of the month.”

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I brought in my silk filled duvet to get dry cleaned, and when I went to pick it up, they presented me with a different duvet. Even as Samuel (the owner) was walking it to the front desk, I could already tell it wasn't mine. When he brought it to me and I took a closer look, I was 1000% sure it wasn't mine. He insisted that it was mine and kept telling me that I forgot the look and feel of my duvet which I've had for years. They obviously lost my duvet and tried to replace it with a poor replacement hoping I wouldn't notice. Stay away from this place.
