Terrible people and service! Constantly over talks while you are trying to talk. They lie. Accuse you of yelling when you arent. They are very rude and ZERO HELP. Wait on hold for hours just to get a rude customer service tech and no help. Such a disappointment

Just dealt with a very unpleasant employee! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. She made it clear she favoured landlords and responded to questions with yelling, over-talking and statements like, you people are always making up your own legislations". Recordings should be actually reviewed to see how unfit some employees are. Terrible that this is the impression given of a place who is supposed to help."

in this rising housing crisis, and the rocky relationship between tenants and landlords, we believe it's important to have someone to answer our calls. Don't forget that you are a very important institution for all Hamiltonians.

Unjust, inhumane and absolutely on a power trip. expect to get treated like second class citizen here. Don’t try to reason with them, hire a lawyer, either way they’ll take your money.

If I could give zero stars I would...I just called and a man?? Answered, was very curt and rude..is it your apt...are you the landlord, what do you want..get the landlord to call..he's 200 miles away working..that's highly unusual...I asked him his name, why would I tell you that, whats yours, so I told him...we are not idiots here, you know...no stop talking, its up to the tenant to call...hes dying, I am his rep...he didn't care..He hung up on me...rudest man ever...

Hung up on me mid conversation, clear lack of care for people calling asking for help, real shame.

Vice Chairs. Executive Chairs, Complaints department are useless and feel way to entitled!! What a joke for a tax dollar use!! Sean Weir should be disgusted this is Happening under his nose, he doesn’t care and is in support of these unprofessional actions.

Man answered the phone i asked questions about my rights has a tenant i having problems with my landlord Diana she applied N4 bills me about Clogged up toilet and plumber he was so rude he wasn’t polite he did answered a few of my questions but he didn’t sound nice he did tell me your landlord has to Applied for N5 not N4 but i want to know is this right what Diane landlord is doing to me there not for the tenants there for more for landlords more rights then tenants, I’m really in need of help. I have a lots of problems with my landlord Diana toilet plumbing clogged up toilet pipes issues and two windows master bedroom and my daughters bathroom for repairs maintenance request has been avoiding Diana landlord a long time a lots more problems with landlord I’m not alone

I've been trying to call and speak to someone these people are clowns. Their toll free says their not accepting calls. It's working like politicians doing nothing is the new way.
