Appreciated the friendly staff and their generous pour, the cold brew cup was filled to the brim! Convenient location easily accessible from the 401 with on/off ramps nearby, clean washrooms too, will be back!

I've stopped here a few times over the past month while using the Tesla supercharger across the street. It's a great location for stops while driving along the 401 with all of the options in these plazas.This Starbucks has been pretty good on these visits. The first couple of visits, unfortunately their service for mobile orders wasn't great; they were keeping the items really far behind the counter out of reach of customers, but no staff members were there to pass things for people, I had to stand there watching my drinks just sit there out of reach, for a few minutes while they worked on drive through orders and ignored their in-store customers, which doesn't make sense when drinks are ready and just sitting there out of customers' reach. My more recent visits were much better, they were keeping the mobile order drinks in reach of customers as most starbucks locations do, so I was able to just walk in and grab my drink.

The person in drive thru with short red hair and glasses was amazing. Very very pleasant and helpful, they were extremely nice as well. Ordering here is always easy and the employees are always very nice, which makes it easy to return!

Nice seating area. Very decent flat white. It wasn’t exactly my order but it’s ok—wish I could have ordered ahead in the app and then all would have worked more smoothly.

Nice and clean location on the way from Toronto to Ottawa or Montreal. Much nicer location to stop for quick refreshment compared to usually crowded and not so clean on the routes.

Great place, very close to 401. We went for a dark roast and a cappuccino. Dark roast could have been a little hotter but was fine otherwise. The staff was nice and friendly. Lots of seating space.Plenty of parking space outside. Definitely recommended!
