As my family sits in 38c at a campground this company has not dropped off ice or contacted the campground manger for 4 days. Instead everyone here is driving into the city for bags of ice to keep their food from rotting.It’s Canada, land of ice , yet they have dropped the ball.Benefit of the doubt is they are understaffed like everyone else, but still, they should have planned for a big push over August long weekend .
