To the potential investors and pre-construction buyers. When it comes to this developer think twice.This developer does not fulfill the mandatory home warranty requirements. Millennium Development denies all the accountability and the responsibility for the new developments.Be careful and stay away from their projects.

I moved into a brand new unit that was built by Millennium, it is less than a year old. I have a 1 year warranty for materials and labour in my unit, and when I have claimed my deficiencies I am now being told these should have been caught during a walk through - a walkthrough that they only allot 30 minutes for.My cabinets are misaligned, the transition from the hallway to the bathroom was never installed properly, wall sockets are not flush, cabinet doors slam shut when they are supposed to be soft closing, I could go on and on.I have also previously claimed deficiencies for items and was told that due to settling this can happen but they would be looked at closer to the warranty date. I am now being told that this is normal wear and tear. I don't believe that cabinets being misaligned, doors slamming shut (which I tried to claim months ago but told this was normal), and items not being installed or fastened down properly, or having chunks out of a supporting pillar in the unit are normal wear and tear.I am appalled and frustrated with the handling of my deficiencies and would definitely avoid this developer in the future.

I live in the Edgewater condo units and it is the best place I could ever dream to live in. I have checked out many other of millenniums projects and they all have such beautiful designs in the inside and outside and all have great amenities. I know that Millennium is a very hard working company and they treat there job like it's there life.
