We had a great experience with 1Clean Air. They were punctual and thorough in their cleaning. They explained what they were doing throughout the process. They were even kind enough to show us how to clean a piece of equipment in the house -- despite it not being a part of our ventilation system and thus not what they came to do. Highly recommend!

They were very clear in any pricing before starting the job and did not hesitate to let me know the work could be delayed as it was not fully necessary at the time.

We had a great experience with 1Clean Air cleaning our dryer duct. They were quick to book an estimate and I didn’t have any trouble getting an appointment. They didn’t have any trouble getting to the vent on our third floor. The team was quick, professional, and did a great job. They were careful to wear boot covers in the house and didn’t hesitate to wear masks when asked. I will be using them for duct cleaning in the future.

The technical team displayed a high level of professionalism and carried out the cleaning task with great attention to detail. However, there are two aspects that left me dissatisfied. Firstly, despite the technicians assuring me that they would send before and after pictures, along with the revised invoice due to additional services I requested on the spot, I did not receive those images as promised. Secondly, I unfortunately sustained a minor cut on the sole of my foot due to small metal debris in the basement mechanical room, which could have been avoided had a warning been provided about this potential hazard during the cleaning process.

Appointment was pretty fast to get. The price on the phone was more expensive than the price on their website, but the person on the phone honored the pricing online, so I appreciate it. The cleaners that did the work were polite and the did the job in a timely fashion. They also proposed extra cleaning options, but were not pushy at all. I'd call again if I needed cleaning in the future.

I did have an issue with pricing. All I can say is read the fine print. They did however address the issue and made up for it, that's why I gave them 4 stars. The work itself was very well done and the workers were great. I would recommend them, but read the fine print in the contract.
