Had an oil change at a quicky lube in Vancouver before a trip to Summerland. When I arrived, realized that they had cross threaded my drain plug and it was leaking. Rolled into this repair shop expecting a costly oil pain replacement and was happy to be told it could be repaired with a Heli coil repair kit. Repair was done quickly, at a reasonable cost and I was happily on my way. Friendly and knowledgeable service, I highly recommend!

We take all our vehicles there for everything. Mechanic is awesome. Staff is very honest and friendly. Excellent prices. Very accommodating!

Had my 86 dodge van towed in there. It quit on the highway. It was sputtering then finally quit. I waited bout 5 days and they called me and said they got it running but it would only run with the vacuum advance disconnected. I said my wife was driving it and they had no problem with that. I made it to Kelowna and it died. They were nice people but they had no interest in repair ing my van. I can't recommend this shop. I ended up buying a new distributor and putting it in which took me 20 minutes and it fixed the problem. Thanks for putting my family in danger on the side of the highway because you were too lazy to do a quick repair. Don't stop here.

I had a seized rear break caliper and they fixed it up in no time. They were honest about the pricing and wasn't blown away with the bill I received. Someone in town recommended them and I wasn't disappointed!

Car was dead in my driveway, thought it was the starter motor. I had it towed to Giants Head Auto Repair who did diagnostics and figured out that the engine was flooded. They kept it overnight to make sure it started in the morning, which it did. When I went to pick it up they didn't charge me! They were quick, professional and a pleasure to talk with on the phone. We started going to giants head auto the past year and we could not be happier! We usually go for the tire changes and routine check ups. They are consistenly professional, knowledgable and straight forward - they dont try to upsell you on anything and Colleen at the front is very friendly and takes the time to explain any issues/recommendations.We had some issues with our cars battery today and giants head auto went above and beyond to get a new battery in for us.Highly recommend!!!
