The Refined Plumber

They tried quoting us FIVE TIMES more than another plumber (thousands more) for a water supply line replacement. We obviously did not go with them but I can only imagine how many times they have done this to a vulnerable old person for example, and they've gladly ripped off someone in need.I'm convinced many of these reviews are fake, as there's no way we are the first people they've tried this on. I would recommend avoiding and finding a more trustworthy plumber.

Yanky was professional in replacing our sump pump. He was able to diagnose, explain our options and replace in a timely manner. He also made sure we were good with everything and didn't just rush out the door.

The reps, Shaun and Yanky were great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me options for my bathroom repairs and clearly outlined their pros and cons. I'll use them again and will definitely recommend them as well.

He explained the issues to me patiently and explained the solution in detail, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process and his ability. I will definitely use them again should the need arise. I'm happy to refer them to family and friends.

The serviceman (Shawn) was courteous and professional. He makes sure customer is informed at all times. The workmanship is very good.

Shortly after we requested the service call we received a text message indicating the time when to expect the visit. Yanky Gass arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided us with an estimate. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We had a very positive experience with The Refined Plumber" and would recommend the company without hesitation."

Shawn and Yanky were a pleasure to work with. We booked The Refined Plumber to install a new kitchen faucet and help with unplugging and restarting our dishwasher (which had an error code that said we needed to reboot it). They inspected our pipes, gave us recommendations and provided multiple quotes to choose from.They were polite, efficient, and fantastic at their jobs. (And Yanky made a new friend in our cat, Milo. Wanna cat sit for us some time? LOL)A higher-end cost than companies we have hired in the past, but they were extremely thorough and provided top-notch service. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time: the last time we called for service with another company, we had to wait weeks for an appointment. With The Refined Plumber, they were able to send Yanky and Shawn within the hour!

Frank and Yanky were very pleasant and friendly to deal with. More importantly, provided knowledgeable experience when repairing my leaky tub. I would highly recommend these two technicians.

If you’re looking for excellent customer service and professional results I would strongly recommend The Refined Plumber! I called them to repair a leaking and wobbly toilet. My landlord had originally sent one of their plumbers to do the repair. They flooded my bathroom, did not clean up after themselves and they left half of the silicone and grout hanging around the base of the toilet. They didn’t even fix the issue! My landlord didn’t seem to care that the issue wasn’t resolved so I decided to take matters into my own hands and call The Refined Plumber. I got scheduled right away and they kept me updated on their arrival. The work they did was phenomenal and the technicians, Yanky and Frank were friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and went through all of my options with me thoroughly and let me know exactly what the issue was. They even offered to pick up coffee along the way! I am so grateful for their help, I would definitely use them again!
