I called Mario at the end of December 2022 to have the broken rear window in my Tucson replaced. He was able to fit me in the next day for the repair. His glass specialists were very courteous and efficient and they cleaned up all of the broken glass that was in my trunk area. The repair was completed in 45 minutes. Excellent service. My car was broken into, and the same day an Auto Glass Ottawa rep came out to replace my window. He came to where I was, was very professional, polite and efficient. The window was pretty messed up, and it was a challenge to remove it, but he kept at it and replaced everything. Glass was everywhere in my car and the rep vacuumed my whole car to make sure he left no glass behind. I will be recommending this company to everyone. Had an excellent experience with Auto glass Ottawa! Had a crack on the windshield of my A4 and had them replace it for me. Getting a quote was super easy with quick responses and reasonable pricing. The workers came right to my place and were in and out in under 30 min. They were polite friendly and professional. These guys know what they're doing. If I ever have any more glass related issues I will not even bother going elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic experience all around ! From the time that I called to the end of having my windshield installed was exceptional ! Extremely professional , fit me in almost instantly , and only took 20 minutes or so from the time they arrived to the time that they were finished. Philippe was professional and so kind to interact with , and Mario was great and got things handled so quickly. They dealt with all things insurance as well ! I did not have to do anything other than make the phone call to book the appointment , and even they , they came to me free of charge and did it right in the parking lot! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone , will also not hesitate to use them again if I ever run into this problem. I would give more stars if I could!
