We purchased a Townhouse/Villa in 2020 that had a great layout but finishes that were more than 40 years old. We hired Livingscape on a friend's recommendation to design and project manage a total refresh. Livingscape and ourselves jointly established a scope of work and from there a schedule and a budget. Maureen offered fabulous design ideas with alternatives. Pat and his contractors met the schedule; the budget was impacted by changes we requested but the cost was still acceptable. The quality of work exceeded expectations and we anticipate the refresh investment will look like a great investment for many years to come.AlWhat a marvelous team to work with throughout our renovation. Respectful, enthusiastic, timely and talented are words to describe Maureen, Pat and their team of contractors as they listened to our wishes and needs. We renovated our bungalow main floor and a bathroom in the basement. We needed new flooring and drywall throughout, new kitchen cabinets, appliances and fixtures. A previous renovation on our property posed significant challenges for the team, but they worked hard at correcting problems which added to the safety and functionality of our home. I worked with Pat and Maureen from Livingscape over the course of a few months to complete a main floor / upstairs remodel.From the very start of the process Livingscape is completely transparent about how their billing model works. You don't have to be concerned about hiding your budget to get a fair price.After the initial meetings and project discussions, Pat and Maureen helped us narrow our vision and choose the most impactful items to tackle within our budget. Throughout the design process, Maureen gave us insights about colours materials and measurements to make our home feel right.Once construction began the attention to detail was obvious. Even during the demolition phase it was clear that everything was being done with intention. Pat was in constant communication with us about the state of the project and was always happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. On several occasions he offered insights to maximize the results for our budget.All in all, my wife and I were extremely pleased with not only the results but the process in getting there. LivingScape Homes & Renovations recently completed a main level redesign and rebuild for my Wife and I. The design, demolition, rebuild, and finishing process was done on time and on budget. An incredible feat considering the current supply chain issues and trade labour shortages in Calgary. The outcome of the project greatly exceeded my Wife and i's expectations. Working with Pat and Maureen on the project was an absolute pleasure form start to finish. Communication was clear throughout the process as they executed an under promise and over deliver service with expert efficiency. The design process was unexpectedly enjoyable as both Pat and Maureen used goods strategies to learn our respective tastes/vision for the project, and then went to work to narrow down our decision making duties. It was initially overwhelming to make decisions on all the project details when looking through supplier catalogs etc, but their help removed the stress and allowed my wife and I to greatly enjoy it! Again the finished product and project process greatly exceed our expectations. We love our new space and cannot recommend Livingscape Homes & Renovations enough!

Pat and Maureen with LivingScape Homes did a fantastic job on our recent renovation in Bowness. It's obvious they are both passionate about what they do and have a vested interest in the projects they take on. We were impressed with the time and energy they put into creating our dream space and would 100% recommend them. They worked within our budget and sourced materials that made sense for our lifestyle, while still following our design inspiration. We really appreciated that they didn't sugar coat anything and we always felt like we were in the loop when it came to timelines and general communication. It’s Thanksgiving, and with so much to be thankful for, it seemed like an excellent opportunity to thank Maureen and Pat.Two years ago, LivingScape completed a second-storey renovation for us, which we still love. When it was time to tackle the main floor earlier this year, we didn’t hesitate to reach out to them again. The project this time included an addition and a new kitchen. Times have changed over these two years with supply chain challenges and trades labour shortages. We trusted Pat and Maureen to help us renovate the main floor, kitchen, and bedrooms of our 4 level split. We took down walls and the ceiling, moved a door, and replaced electrical and more, and we decided to schedule this over the holidays during a time when labour shortages and supply chains are causing issues across so many industries.Pat and Maureen expertly managed all of the difficulties, complexities, and unexpected surprises that arose with this job, such that it kept us on schedule. Our neighbours were astounded how busy our house continued to be throughout the project - there was always something happening, and even with trade shortages and scheduling difficulties, Livingscape managed to minimize any gaps and keep the project moving. It was fun too, to see updates of our project on Instagram!Both Pat and Maureen were a pleasure to work with and the final product speaks for itself, and shows the pride they take in their work. The trades they employ do excellent work, which I think is also a testament to their high standards. We could not be happier with our new space, and we are coming away from this experience happy that we made the right choice going with Livingscape. When looking for a renovation company we did lots of research which included speaking to past clients of Livingscape. They all had rave reviews. Now that our renovation is complete I can completely understand why and can now provide my own rave review!!The tag line for Livingscape is the “art” of comfortable living. When we began we provided some ideas but mostly an an empty canvass. Through great design ideas and great patience with us they helped to create an artistic masterpiece that we enjoy coming home to everyday.The project was on time and the trades workers that they hired were terrific!! Each and everyone of them treated our house as if it were their own.Everyday someone in our house says…”we can’t believe this is our house”. Pat and Maureen were an exceptional team that helped create a beautiful home that we all love!

Our trust in contractors was at an all-time low, and our stress was at an all-time high, after a year long ordeal that resulted from another renovation contractor taking off with a large sum of our money. When we signed up to have our exterior renovation completed by Livingscape Homes, we were anxious about getting burned again. However our anxiety was fast relieved as Pat and Maureen quickly got to work on our home, patiently helped us with design decisions, kept costs in mind and constantly communicated with us on scheduling, etc. Not only did they complete the work in a timely fashion but they maintained superior craftsmanship in all the work they did.
