A big “Thank You” to the staff at Rebound Skates! Their service was outstanding! Yesterday my daughter and I travelled from Kingston to Lakefield for a hockey game… and my daughter forgot her skates. I called ahead to Rebound in hopes to find a used pair to use in this situation. Not only did they provide good advice and had a pair that would work, they stayed open an extra 40minutes after closing to wait for us. When we arrived, the skates were ready and even sharpened! Without their help, friendliness and understanding, my daughter would not have played that evening! Thank you so much!

Helpful and courteous. We were running late to the store and they were going to close. When we called and asked them to stay open a little longer they did. They than proceeded to not upsell us anything and actually gave us advice for our son's hockey gear. We bought new pads because he needed them. Very impressed!!!

Called to see if I could pre-pay and get a curbside pickup. The fellow’s response was to my request was “Covid is over”. We are doctors and work with Covid patients - and one of us is immunocompromised. So, we wished him good luck. No sense having a conversation/doing business with ignorance.Looked up images - the lack of cleanliness goes hand in hand with their care for pandemic-level health concerns.Also - another Peterborough skate shop does indeed do curbside requests.

Very happy with the staff at Rebound. They have a great selection, they’re professional, and very helpful with what you need, I’ve never walked away empty-handed. It’s also a great place to take your used equipment, I just dropped off ski/snowboard +++ , I’m happy with the value he placed on it. Thank so much.

Got back into hockey and needed pretty much everything. From helmet to skates, I got set up with gear that fit my budget and 10 games in I can say everything is performing great and living up to expectations. The staff was super helpful and friendly, made good recommendations, and they remember you. Overall a really good experience.
