Drivers regularly park in disabled parking spots when making deliveries to Meadowvale Professional building. I'm disabled and have mobility issues; in poor weather, I shouldn't be expected to have to walk further than necessary just so a medical supplies company can make a delivery.

Very poor customer service. On multiple occasions showed up unannounced when office was not open, then refuses to come back at an alternate time for the next 4 weeks even when the tank runs out due to their error in scheduling.Driver did not weigh or measure amount of nitrogen supplied, when questioned about this his response was I've been doing this a long time
