The instructor, Jimmy, is really nice and knowledgable. The system starts with the very basics to increase balance and strength and progress from it. It is great for the joints, muscles and balance at any age. There is also the possibility of doing martial arts once you have built the basic forms.

Great enthusiastic instructors, some with decades of martial arts training.And yes, it is in a small building in the back of a parking lot between two high rise buildings.
