I am so grateful we have Gbikes in Prince Rupert. I had a bad experience buying an ebike online. I wouldnt advise anyone to buy an ebike online! It is a world of difference when you go to a real store like Gbikes and talk to someone who is there and knows his bikes well. You get to see, feel and test the different types of bikes before you make the decision on which one to buy.This is much better than order, get dissatisfied or find missing components, try to return, discover it really came from China and not Ontario....You know how it goes. With online purchases it seems so easy but too many risks, no opportunity to test, no assembly assistance and no guarantees in after sales service incase anything happens. You don't even know if the item was really tested before it comes to you, or if there could be damage during transit.After getting my Gbike, I have texted Grant when I have a question or needed an accessory, then just rode over to the store and got sorted!Dont risk so much money and such an important item by ordering online.Get up and Go over to your gbike store and get one of these amazing machines.Mine serves me for work and leisure. Glides over all these Rupert hills smooth

The bikes are absolutely life changing! Easy to use, lots of power and very smooth. Grant is great to work with. He goes the extra mile and the after care service is of the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend getting one of Grant’s GBikes!
