I really don’t like they have hidden fees. When you ask for a quote, they start adding all sort of non sense fees on top of the curtain cost. I would not recommend them, just not legit.

Spent 20 minutes in the store. Apparently they don’t have anyone that speaks English. So clearly only catering to select group of people. Possibly not a legit business.

It's already 4th time we go there and can find everything we need for our home: starting from roads ending with curtains.Although the staff doesn't speak English, they use phone translator and can figure out everyrhing.We love this store for a very huge choice and prices.

Spent one hour to get there from Burnaby and it turns out they were closed. No any notice on website. Well, they don’t even have their open hours on website. Don’t waste your time on this thrash.

I only speak English and I had no problem at all with the service, quality and delivery. The measuring technicians explained everything very well and the installer was tidy, professional and took great care in explaining the product. The accents were not an issue. If you cannot reach any English speaking staff, there are the technicians and fabrictors people to assist. I highly recommend this company and appreciate that they could deliver and install on such short notice. Based on our experience, the choice was right and believe you will not go wrong with your purchase, just be patient on the language side and they are sure to honor price and service. They never hid any prices from us either. Thank you Again Maple Leaf for the great work and service you provide.
