Annoying when they have friends quoting them like that. Worst service , not impress. I have a problem there. My brother got no bed to sleep tonight. He just got the woods and all the middle metal piece stayed in your guys truck, also i left a step latter i purchased in home hardware in may in that same truck . Is there a way to get those back . Thank you

DO NOT USE LUCKY MOVING COMPANY!!!!!!THEY JUST DON'T COME! THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY DON'T CALL BACK!I HAD MY MOVING PLANNED, CONFIRMED (!!!!!)... I CALLED THEM THE DAY BEFORE TO MAKE SURE ALL OK.... I CALLED THEM AND TEXTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES... THEY DIDN'T PICK UP THE PHONE, DIDN'T CALL BACK AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR MY MOVING!!!I WAS LUCKY: I FOUND A DIFFERENT COMPANY LAST MINUTE!DON'T TRY YOUR LUCK WITH LUCKY MOVING!

Didn't recommend at all.I called them a week before moving and I agree their prices. I sent him the adreses and all were good. Day before moving I called them again to confirm.They supposed to come 10 am. I were waiting till 2pm. I called them hundreds of times, they closed the phone and they never show up or even apologized.I were must leave the place that day for other people coming.I tried to find another moving company available at the last minute.Very bad experience. Didnt recommend at all.
