Incredibly expensive for similar services offered in other offices. I was too lazy to ask around for pricing before, but now that I have, I feel completely ripped off. Too expensive for a simple notarization of signatures. Charges the same amount per signature no matter how many there are.

Above and Beyond Services by Fatima Rosario and Valerie Yap. We went there with all parties including the witnesses, for a Land title transfer document to be used overseas. After discussing with Valerie the situation she was able to recommend the proper document that we could use to complete the Land transfer to be used overseas. From her knowledge, experience and networks she also provided extra information regarding the next steps and requirements that we should do after executing the document from her office.Also special thanks to Fatima for staying late after hours to accommodate our request to draft and finalize the document on the same day so we didn't have to return for another day for final signing due to other parties limited availability and medical condition, truly compassionate and empathetic towards their clients and deserve my recommendations.Thank you for the excellent service.
