All Star Sports Centre

The Training quality is general they don’t focus on kids improvement on .they just worry on their Levels .Some of the trainers are over weight and the place some time stinks due to cleaning issues ( as so many kids work out daily ) . And moreover they don’t have proper contact help line any time of the day ( the number when dialled never is answered ) even if they are earning millions this is very unfair treatment for a place where you think you can send your kid for some training

I have been trying to reach a manager to resolve a matter. The lady at the front desk said I told the manager to call you and I don’t know what the problem is but they won’t return phone calls or emails… the customer service is really bad and it’s very frustrating as a customer. It’s now week 4 and I still have not heard anything from anyone…

Very bad customer service , specifically the office staff. very rude and always speaks over us , never returns calls or emails. I will not even give one star to this facility.Problem never got solved and I got called by the office staff who was speaking over me all the time and told me either I discontinued my child or they will charge me for next month fees. This facility just making money they have very little interest in children’s learning.This matter never solved, as a parent asked many times to speak with higher authority no one has called me back or emailed me back.My daughter passed level 2 with 93% awarded with the certificate and the ribbon November 2022. She starts level 3 and at achievement week April 2023 she has been awarded with level 3 completion.When parents goes to find out about level 4 class times, office staff says she has not passed level 3 and she just completed level 2 which she did not pass in November. Isn’t this shocking, they have no data about children’s progress and just taking money from parents without communicating about the child’s growth.Parents please pay attention what they are giving out to kids and what they have at their end in their system is different. They also changed records as they were at fault. NO REFUND at all to us and hang up my call. My child has wasted time and her efforts which is nothing for the facility and the owner. They don’t care about children.I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Great place for kids to learn gymnastics skills and discipline. Definitely recommend to attend. All my 3 kids love this gym and all the coaches. Thank You All Star Sports Centre!!!!

Can't say enough about this amazing gym! I mean it comes with the name! All Star Sports Centre is 10 STARS plus. Incredible coaches that my kids adore. Front desk staff so accommodating and helpful, head coaches with years of knowledge, experience and choreography...when you see how much your child loves to go back week after week, and how much they learn, is amazing! They have structure, give the kids discipline and confidence that you wont find elsewhere. We came from another gym and I had no idea what my kids had learnt. Here at ALL STAR SPORTS CENTRE, you get progress reports with all the skills they are working on! I can keep going....highly recommend. Sign your kids up today!

I signed my daughter up and paid my registration fee in April... a month later I still hadn't heard anything back from anybody. I kept calling / emailing and I was told my daughter was on the wait list and I would be contacted when there is a spot... I followed up every couple weeks and kept getting the same answer. Finally, I requested a call from a manager or owner.. Paulina called me a few days later, I explained my situation and she had us signed up for the following Tuesday... I'm not sure what went wrong with the other lady I was dealing with but I felt something wasn't right as I'm just trying to sign my 4 year old daughter up for a gymnastics class... this is 4 months later. If your going throught the same, call management otherwise you won't get anywhere. I was advised by Paulina I was NOT on the wait list, however, the other lady I had talked to several times told me I was. The communication definitely needs some improvement... I will say my daughter had her first class today and I was very happy and so was she...We will see how things go.

Worst facility and management staff is unprofessional. They don’t update their app and they don’t keep the record of kids and they keep the kids in same level intentionally.They always give wrong information when you inquire. I won’t recommend this facility to anyone.

A great gymnastics training facility in Brampton. The gym has a dedicated area for younger children. The class sizes are small and coaches are very friendly and engaging. The smaller area has a trampoline, balance beams of different heights and uneven bars so they get the full experience of gymnastics from a young age. I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone interested in gymnastics at any level.

This one star review doesn't reflect the training my son received from this sports centre because his coach was great and he really did enjoy his sessions here. The one star review is for the reception and billing staff. My son was sick for a few weeks and i wished to cancel my membership because with the current cold and flu season it just seemed that my son kept getting sick. When i called the receptionist - Simran - and I tried to explain my situation to her she was speaking over me as i tried to explain to her that my son has been sick and he wasn't able to attend. As per his attendance online it's clearly visible that he did not attend the entire month of November yet Today on December 1st I was automatically charged again. She then proceeded to tell me that they never refund any charges once charged. Once I explained my situation to her again and then she hung up without even saying thank you or bye. Worst Customer Service.
