Where to begin? I was released from Lions Gate Hospital two weeks ago after a 4-day stay there after Hip Replacement Surgery. During my entire stay, I wore a pair of Pillow Paws socks and loved them. But where to find them? So I searched the internet and then contacted Nightingale. My gosh! What incredible customer service! I had the two pairs I ordered in 2 days, mailed to me from Nightingale via Canada Post. The staff discussed the best way to send the package with no hassle for me. Canada Post is the absolute best method during this pandemic because they knock on your door to alert you that they have just left a package at one's condo door! Thank you, Nightingale!

Best inventory, best prices and best staff. I have been buying an assortment of medical supplies for over a year now, and I have been completely satisfied with their helpfulness and professionalism. Walkers, personal care items, wound dressings…. If they don’t have it in stock, they get it in within days. They make a difference.

Their service is getting a lot worse after their location was changed. They become less helpful, more impatient, and won’t go any extra miles to help any client even to a long term client. I’ve been their client for many years but I am considering switching to another store.
