I just moved into our new house and the A/C was broken. We looked for nearby companies to come fix it but they were so unreliable and had no one available to come until a couple of days. I was referred to one touch home and although they were located a little bit further they accommodated me and came in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company as they are professional, respectful and does an amazing job! Keep up the good work, I will definitely be referring you!

I really like One Touch service I had a clog in my furnace, he actually tried to help me over the phone to save me money I had no idea what I was doing so he came out the next day and did the job for me at an reasonable price. Great customer service

Navi and his father Rick (as well as brother Ravi) have done several projects at our home. Recently, Navi and One Touch Home Comfort came to the rescue and fixed our older furnace. Others wanted us to go on a service plan or, because of the age of the furnace, install a totally new system. One Touch came in, diagnosed the problem, had the part, installed it and had it up and running way under an hour. Honest, up front and VERY respectful. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC issue in the GTA.

I had no heat to my house due to a bad furnace motor. Navi made himself available on a Saturday on short notice. He responded quickly and professionally, and was clear about pricing and warranty. Within a couple hours he got the part I needed, installed, and my furnace was working again. He is very knowledgeable and his experience shows. He also did some maintenance on the furnace to help prevent future problems. Highly recommended.
