Had a driver tailgate me, flip me off, then speed down a 50km road at easily 90km. Full branding all over his truck, not very bright. I called to report the driver but the company didn't seem to care.

This company does not care about customer satisfaction. When installing washing machine they damaged water valve and denied any responsibility of fixing at their own cost. I highly recommend testing everything before signing any paperwork. Experience with them has been very disappointing, their installers will call you back with a rude attitude. Will never use them again.

Truck 159 tonight at 5:45pm Veterans and Gore Rd in London driving aggressively riding other cars, speeding up to pass - not needed. This is how people get killed.

Go Logistics drivers constantly speed at 50-60 in our seniors park in Sarnia. *Yellow 20 Km/Hr signs are posted at all park entrances & on the streets. I've phoned Go 4 times + wrote a letter to CEO of Go a month ago (got no reply!) + spoke to 2 drivers & the speeding still occurs daily. It's very dangerous as many houses are very close to corners thus they're 'blind' corners & there's no sidewalks in the complex where many seniors walk. A tragic collision will likely occur due to this speeding & Go is doing nothing to stop it! Hopefully this post wakes them up. I've also read numerous other complaints on this site re: Go drivers poor driving, speeding etc & it's obvious this co. doesn't care. Also read online news that a Go driver was recently charged with 'Stunt Driving' for exceeding the speed limit by over 50. A few days ago a Go van hit a pick-up truck with 3 occupants in S-Sarnia causing it to roll onto it's roof--fortunately no serious injuries. SERIOUSLY Go, are you waiting for one of your drivers to seriously hurt or kill somebody before you take common sense action & direct them to slow down!

10AM on Monday morning, May 22. Van #103 speeding like a maniac eastbound on Veterans Memorial Parkway in London Ontario. I am constantly seeing Go Logistics vans breaking speeding laws and driving erratically on the streets. Why is delivering a package on time more important than the safety and the value of human lives your drivers are endangering?

Go Logistics van #215 at approx. 6:20 pm on Friday, 26th May, 2023, driving down Veterans Memorial Parkway in London, aggressive driving, 30km/h+ over the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic, hard braking, tailgating. Very dangerous and risky driving behaviour. Looks like a lot of others have come to review similar driving by drivers within your company… management may want to investigate, not a good image for your service.

I witnessed a Go Logistics vehicle driving through a residential neighborhood doing about 80 kilometers per hour on June 17, 2023 at 11:35am. There is no method to file a driving complaint therefore the review process will hopefully get someone’s attention. When you’re operating a rolling billboard, you should not be driving in the manner that this driver was. Very dangerous.

Just saw this car driving like a maniac on qew westbound. Tailgating, switching lanes in and out, putting drivers in danger nearby. we passed and he was on his phone the whole time.

Worst delivery experience of my life:- July 7: Ordered a portable dishwasher from Home Depot- July 17: Finally delivered. Delivery person rolls it casually down a half foot drop without slowing down and left before I had a chance to look at it. Unit was damaged with the bottom of the door crumpled inward, blocking the door from opening properly.- July 17: Ordered a replacement from Home Depot customer service. Was told GO Logistics would contact me within 5 - 7 business days- July 28: Still no contact. Home Depot CS rep says that GE confirmed the unit was delivered to the shipper on the 23rd.- July 28: Contact Go Logistics myself. They claim to have no deliveries in for my order number and have no idea what I'm talking about.- July 29: Call back to Home Depot CS and they tell me they'll initiate a warehouse search for the lost unit with GO and I should hear back in 3 - 5 business days- Aug 5: Get an email from Home Depot saying they're just now starting the warehouse search and to wait yet again 3 - 5 business days.- Aug 14: Still absolutely no contact from GO. Even the Home Depot rep says they've been trying to call GO all day and are not getting any answer despite the company being open that day. Rep recommends cancelling the replacement order and ordering a new one to speed up the process. I do so and the first replacement is declared lost in transit.- Aug 17: GO emails me to say the new delivery is scheduled for Aug 19.- Aug 17: 6 hours later I get another email from GO saying the delivery has been cancelled because they can't find the unit in the warehouse.- Aug 19: A GO delivery truck shows up at my house anyway but does not have my unit. The drivers are as confused as I am what's going on.- Aug 19: I contact Home Depot again and they say the delivery has been rescheduled for Aug 24. GO has not told me this.- Aug 20 (Today): A month and a half later I still don't have a dishwasher and the broken one has been sitting in my living room for a month. I still have no idea if the replacement will actually show up next week or not.
