Kristen gave us an amazing experience at your Faurview location in Burlington. We showed up right at closing (didn't mean to)! And instead of telling us too bad we are closed, she walked us right in and went through all the paperwork with us throughly, sold us a lock, and answered all of our questions with a smile. We really really appreciated her patience with us, especially.foe being late. Because of Kristen, I would recommend the location to anyone looking.

I purchased some moving boxes from Vincent and he brought them out to my vehicle for me along with some yard waste bags. Would highly recommend Access Storage to anyone. Especially because of his amazing customer service!

I purchased moving boxes 2 days ago and Vincent helped me take them and some garden waste bags to my car. Very helpful and courteous. I went back today and bought more from Vincent and got the same level of service. It was a pleasure.

Vince is absolutely amazing.I come in at least 3 days a week and he greets me with a smile and always ask me how my day is going.He always makes my morning and helps me bring my supplies to my car. Thank you also for gardening bags.Vince rocks.

Fantastic storage facility. I had a unit on the second floor but the moving van was to large to get up the ramp. They accommodated me on the first level, with a larger unit for the same rate. Customer service was excellent and the units and hallways were very clean. Great rates and service. Highly recommend.
