I had a great inspection with Brandon. Extremely thorough and detailed. Clearly has substantial experience and had great insights into all the little (and big) things that come with a pre-1900 home.Ultimately, my inspection with Midwest Home Inspect gave me peace of mind and confidence in my home buying process.

Brandon is friendly, thorough, and efficient. He climbed up on the roof to inspect it and the chimney, and up in the attic to inspect the insulation. He welcomed me following him as he went around inside the house so I could ask questions as he went, and his report -- delivered within 24 hours of the inspection -- was clear, detailed, and comprehensive, with relevant photos attached. The experience was entirely positive, and I highly recommend him as a home inspector.

Brandon was welcoming, nice, professional, and easy to talk to. He told me every detail I needed to know about my new home which I appreciate a lot because some of the things that came up I didn’t notice during my showing.
